MATTHEW 11:25-30

Come to me,and I WILL Give You Rest

At that time Jesus declared, “I thank you, Father,Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding and revealed them to little children;” yes, Father, for such was your gracious will. ALL things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father,and no one knows the Son except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him. Come to me, all who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

May you rest anywhere

What is the true rest in your heart? There is such an example, baby cry for milk, sleep in his mother’s arms after suck for milk and it is true rest. The demand of people is satisfied, one in physical and the other in mental, what I want to emphasize is the spiritual satisfaction. In one’s life, the satisfaction of the body and the mind is not easy. It is one of the happiest things, and maybe this is my rest.

MARK 1:21-28

Jesus Heals a Man with an Unclean Spirit

And they went into Capernaum, and immediately on the Sabbath he entered the synagogue and was teaching. And they were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as one who had authority, and not as the scribes. And immediately there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit. And he cired out,"What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are——the Holy One of God."But Jesus rebuked him, saying ,"Be silent,and come out of him!"And the unclean spirit, convulsing him and crying out with a loud voice, came out of him. And they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves,saying,“What is this?A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.” And at once his fame spread everywhere throughout all the surrounding region of Galilee.

A man is a sin in his life, and all people in the presence of Jesus are sinners since he is a complete man. The only way to know it is reading Bible. The prize can be the way a person always believes and adheres to. So, in your life, is there a complete person, what is the complete basis for it, and will you embrace for that?
